• Only the protective dust cover fabric on the underside of the sofa and armchairs needs replacing. This is the thin fabric underneath the furniture and does not affect its appearance,, comfort or use. The main upholstery is in very good condition.
• One of the large armchairs has a small cut on the armrest.
