The console is modded/chipped, so you can install and run games, custom patches, mods, etc. The chip was installed by a trusted and experienced technician.
It also supports overclocking, which makes games like Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom run noticeably better. You can also install various graphics/performance patches and other mods.
