A three-storey residential development of one- and two-bedroom apartments, arranged over covered underground parking and storage at basement level with three upper residential floors, each apartment finished to an A energy efficiency rating. The reinforced concrete structure follows Eurocode seismic design, with 25cm thermal-insulating clay brick exterior walls wrapped in an 80mm extruded polystyrene thermal facade system, and 10cm clay brick internal partitions finished in three coats of plaster and emulsion paint.
High energy-efficiency aluminium window systems with double glazing deliver improved thermal and acoustic insulation, complemented by a modern, quiet-running lift. Each apartment has its own high-efficiency solar water heater with a pressure system, a provision for a photovoltaic installation, and video door phone access at both the main entrance and the apartment door.
Interiors combine ceramic flooring in the living, dining and kitchen areas and on the verandas with fitted parquet in the bedrooms, technogranite kitchen worktops, and European sanitary ware with GROHE mixers. Kitchens and wardrobes are finished in melamine with soft-close mechanisms, and every apartment comes with its own private parking space and storage room.
