DOMS Business Centre was established in 2011 and in 2019 we added a new wing that enabled us to provide additional office space, conference rooms, cafeteria, common kitchens and a unique feature – a 2-storey indoor garden with live plants, birds and river.
DOMS Business Centre is a green building with a large solar unit supplying electricity, plus a backup generator to ensure no down time. The building is monitored by CCTV system and all doors have access controls allowing 24/7 access to the building.
We also have a large server room that is available for all. There are specific security protocols and the server room has all the needed hardware for security and redundancies.
Our residents receive the following services and amenities:
• Offices are fully furnished with high-quality modern furniture,
• Allocated car park space at our secondary parking,
• Common server room with full redundancies (UPS generators),
• Cleaning & maintenance of allocated space,
• Conference rooms for up to 2 hours per working day,
• Telephone and fax lines - telephone cradle and free use of the telephone system and fax system,
• High speed internet (2 fibre optics lines and on demand high speed line),
• Receptionist / telephony services,
• 24/7 CCTV system in the common areas,
• 24/7 access with your personal card to building and offices (access controls can be programmed to each individual with selective access),
• Mail distribution,
• All utilities (water, electricity and Internet).
Our fees exclude VAT and are fixed without hidden costs and the only extra monthly charges are your outgoing calls, printing and the refreshments/food purchased at our cafeteria.
Our office rental agreements are offered for a minimum commitment period of one year, with the option to enter into longer-term agreements where required.
Upon signing the agreement, we require payment of one month’s rent in advance, together with one security deposit.
There are no additional fees associated with the office rental. The only supplementary charges would relate to any drinks, snacks, or other refreshments purchased by your company from our in-house cafeteria as well as the printing charges.
