The Eversolo T8 is a streaming transport. It has no internal digital to analogue converter and no analogue outputs, so it exists to feed a separate DAC with a clean digital signal. If you already own a converter you like, it adds proper streaming without paying twice for conversion. What it does The T8 plays from streaming services, from network shares over SMB, NFS and WebDAV, from internal M.2 drives and from USB, then sends the result out digitally. Tidal, Qobuz, Amazon Music and Deezer run on the unit, and it is certified Roon Ready. USB audio and IIS carry up to PCM 768kHz and native DSD512.
