I am looking for a reliable person or small company for regular cleaning and basic care of a short-term rental apartment in Kapparis.
The work would mainly include:
- cleaning the apartment after each guest
- checking the apartment after every stay and reporting any damage, missing items or other problems
- making sure everything is working properly and the apartment is ready for the next guests
- changing and preparing fresh bed linen and towels
- organising the laundry / linen rotation and making sure enough clean sets are always available
- preparing the beds before new arrivals
- preparing a simple welcome set for guests
- checking basic supplies and letting me know when something needs to be replaced
- occasional small help with the apartment when needed
I am looking for someone responsible, trustworthy and flexible, preferably based in or close to Kapparis / Paralimni.
Experience with holiday rentals, Airbnb or Booking.com properties would be a big advantage.
This is not a one-time cleaning job. I am looking for regular, long-term cooperation, with cleaning depending on guest check-outs and bookings.
