Yashica zoomtec 90 super tested - fully working with some problems please read.

F2 The Yashica Zoomtec 90 Super, also sold under the Kyocera name in some markets, is a capable 35mm compact zoom camera from the early 1990s. It combines a versatile 38–90mm f/3.5–7.8 zoom lens with autofocus, automatic exposure, multiple flash modes, and simple point-and-shoot operation. The lens covers a very useful range, from wider everyday and street photography at 38mm to portraits and more distant subjects at 90mm. The camera also includes automatic metering, electronic shutter control, red-eye reduction, fill-flash options, and a zoom-linked viewfinder. Condition: The camera is in very good overall condition and has been fully tested and is working properly, but it does have a few imperfections which are clearly shown in the close-up photos included in the listing. The protective plastic cover over the top LCD screen is missing. This is mainly a cosmetic issue and does not affect the operation of the display. There is also a small damaged area near the top screen where one small piece of plastic is missing. Again, this does not affect the camera’s normal operation. One of the clips on the battery door is broken. Because of this, when the battery door is opened, the battery compartment can come out. However, the battery compartment has its own locking switch, which locks the door securely in place once everything is positioned correctly. The locking mechanism is working great, and when closed, the battery door holds firmly in place during normal use. The viewfinder also has some small dust inside, but it remains fully usable. Despite these imperfections, none of them prevent the camera from being fully usable. The camera has been fully tested, and the shutter, zoom, autofocus, flash, LCD, film transport, controls, and electronic functions are all working great. The camera takes 1 × 2CR5 battery, which is not included. Overall, this is still a fully functional vintage Yashica zoom compact camera, with the issues described above mainly affecting cosmetics and handling rather than normal photographic use.
