BeachAffairs - Cyprus beach and hotel discovery website for sale
An existing English-language website helping visitors explore Cyprus beaches and nearby hotels. Highlights potentially busier beaches based on the concentration of surrounding hotels, helping travellers choose where to stay and spend their beach days.

Technology:
Static frontend with API requests to a NestJS backend-for-frontend (BFF), backed by MongoDB.

- Sponsored beach guides and advertising placements for tourism businesses.
The project is at an early stage, with approximately 20 visitors per month. The monetisation options above are opportunities for the new owner to develop.
