ESCAPE Limassol is looking for a creative and energetic Russian speaking Freelancer, to develop, organize and deliver workshops for children at our venues in Limassol.
We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for the workshop concept from idea to delivery, creating fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities for children.
Responsibilities:
- Create new workshop concepts and activities for children
- Prepare the structure and content of each workshop
- Identify and organise the required materials and equipment
- Set up and prepare the workshop area
- Lead and supervise the workshops
- Engage with children and create a fun, positive experience
- Develop seasonal and themed workshops throughout the year
- Work with the ESCAPE Limassol team to continuously introduce new ideas
- workshops initially at Saturday and/or Sunday and Tuesday
Ideal candidate:
- Experience working with children
- Creative, enthusiastic and well organised
- Comfortable leading groups of children
- Experience in arts & crafts, education, kids' activities, animation or similar fields is an advantage
- Able to work independently and develop activities from concept to execution
- Available mainly on Saturdays and/or selected weekday afternoons
- Russian and English. Greek will be considered an advantage.
Initially the co-operation will be on a freelance basis, and according to the number of workshops organized and run.
When the program is set and workshop started, it can lead to permanent employment base.
