About the Role
BLUE SYEL PROPERTIES is looking for a driven, hands-on Site Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will be the key operational leader on the ground—managing daily site activities, coordinating tradespeople, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations, and keeping our projects on schedule and up to our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction site operations and coordinate all on-site trades.
Lead morning safety briefings and enforce all health and safety protocols.
Read and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Manage daily site logistics, including tracking and ordering materials, tools, and equipment.
Monitor construction progress and report directly to the Project Manager.
Troubleshoot on-site challenges and resolve issues quickly to prevent project delays.
Requirements
Proven experience working as a Site Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
Strong technical background with a solid understanding of building trades, construction processes, and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret complex construction blueprints and drawings.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and relevant safety certifications.
Available to start immediately.
