We’re Hiring: Gardener
Paphos, Cyprus
We are looking for a reliable, experienced Gardener to maintain the gardens and outdoor areas of our luxury villas.
Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, plants, trees, hedges and flower beds.
- Carry out watering, pruning, planting, fertilising and weed control.
- Check irrigation systems and report or resolve minor faults.
- Keep pathways and garden areas clean and tidy.
- Identify plant health problems and report maintenance needs.
- Use and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely.
- Work respectfully around guests and coordinate with the villa team.
Requirements
- Applications will be accepted only from Cypriot citizens or citizens of other EU member states.
- Previous gardening or landscaping experience.
- Knowledge of plants suited to the Cyprus climate.
- Experience with irrigation systems and gardening equipment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Reliability, punctuality and a practical approach.
- Basic English for communication with the team.
- Russian language skills would be a significant advantage.
- A driving license.
Pay and working hours: To be discussed based on experience and availability.
