Looking for a single short term (around 3-6 months), femme tenant to fill my cozy spare room!
Hi, I’m Niki, I’m 29 years old working in the old city currently living alone with my cat, leia.
!IMPORTANT!
Due to the humble size of the apartment I can only host one single person, and me being a woman I would feel more comfortable around another woman.
The apartment is located in a prime location in the old city, with various amenities such as supermarkets, Kava, kiosks and tavernas all within 5 mins of walking distance.
The house consists of two bedrooms in the upper floor (of which one you’ll take), it’s more spacious than mine and even has a skylight!
Downstairs, It has a living room with a sun facing balcony, an open concept kitchen and a toilet.
The whole rent is 620 euros (with WiFi included) the electrical and water are paid separately.
Aircon is included in both bedrooms.
