• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations across all park food kiosks, themed restaurants, cafes, and banquet spaces to ensure top-tier service delivery.
• Financial Stewardship: Drive profitability by managing P&L, controlling food and labor costs, optimizing inventory, and maximizing secondary spend per capita.
• Menu & Concept Innovation: Collaborate with culinary teams to design engaging, high-margin menus that complement the park’s unique themes and appeal to both international tourists and local families.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule a large, diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house professionals, fostering a culture of high energy and guest-first hospitality.
• Compliance & Quality Control: Enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP) across all outlets to ensure absolute compliance.
• Proven Track Record: At least 3–5 years of experience as an F&B Manager, Operations Manager, or Multi-Unit Hospitality Leader in high-volume settings (e.g., theme parks, water parks, large resorts, or busy cruise ships).
• Business Acumen: Strong proficiency in budgeting, cost control systems, vendor negotiations, and inventory management software.
• Exceptional Leadership: A natural mentor capable of inspiring and managing a large, multicultural team during peak operational windows.
• Communication & Location: Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek or other European languages is a distinct advantage. Must be ready to base yourself in the beautiful Famagusta region permanently.
