Minolta riva zoom 70w - 35mm film camera | 28-70mm wide-angle lens - excellent

16 A beautiful vintage Minolta Riva Zoom 70W, also known as the Minolta Freedom Zoom Explorer in the US market. This stylish 35mm film camera is a wonderful example of Minolta's innovative design and optical quality, combining excellent photographic capabilities with a compact, elegant body. The camera is in excellent overall condition, with only some minor cosmetic imperfections on the body from normal use. It has been fully inspected and tested, and everything works perfectly, including the autofocus, zoom mechanism, shutter, flash, film functions and electronic controls. One of the most attractive features of this camera is its impressive 28–70mm wide-angle zoom lens. Unlike many compact film cameras of the 1990s that start at 35mm or 38mm, the Minolta offers a true 28mm wide-angle view, perfect for beautiful landscapes, architecture, street photography, travel and group portraits. The zoom extends smoothly to 70mm, providing excellent flexibility for everyday photography. The lens features high-quality Minolta optics with aspherical surfaces, designed to deliver beautiful sharpness, contrast and the classic character of 35mm film photography. Another particularly charming feature is its automatic sliding lens-cover mechanism. Simply slide open the elegant front cover to switch on the camera, revealing the lens and activating the distinctive pop-up flash mechanism. When you finish shooting, slide the cover closed to protect the lens and viewfinder. This clever design gives the camera a unique vintage personality while making it wonderfully practical to carry. The camera also features Minolta Multi AF autofocus technology, automatic exposure, built-in flash and close-up focusing capabilities. Everything is designed to make shooting simple and enjoyable, allowing you to concentrate on capturing beautiful moments without worrying about complicated settings. Despite its advanced features, the Minolta Riva Zoom 70W remains compact and comfortable to carry, making it a fantastic companion for holidays, everyday adventures, street photography or simply rediscovering the magic of traditional film. Battery: The camera operates with 1 × CR123A lithium battery (not included). A battery can be purchased separately upon request. Condition: Excellent overall, with minor cosmetic imperfections on the body. Fully tested and working perfectly. Whether you are an experienced film photographer, a beginner discovering analogue photography, or a collector of beautiful vintage cameras, the Minolta Riva Zoom 70W is a wonderful choice. Its distinctive sliding cover, automatic pop-up flash and unusually wide 28mm lens make it a particularly interesting and enjoyable camera from the golden era of 35mm compact photography. A beautiful, fully functional vintage Minolta, ready to be enjoyed and to capture wonderful memories on film!
