Responsible for the upkeep of the house grounds and exterior. Duties include gardening and planting, mowing, pruning, irrigation, and general landscape care. Also handles exterior and interior painting, clearing and organizing outdoor storage areas, disposing of unwanted items, and general repairs and tidy-up around the property. Keeps the grounds safe, presentable, and well maintained year-round.
You would be responsible for your own transportation to the location. There are daily bus rides to Pascal School. I am 10 minutes’ walking distance from there. I can cover the bus ride ticket.
I would need you 1-2 times a week, depending on circumstances.
