Vintage playboy magazines, august 1958 and october 1971, original issues

Two original vintage Playboy issues, sold together as a lot. Collector items and a slice of their decades - the graphics, the photography and the advertising of the late 50s and early 70s. August 1958, fifth year of publication, early Hefner era, 50 cents on the cover. Paper has yellowed with age, edges rubbed and creased, a previous owner's marker note on the back cover. Condition good for its age. October 1971, one dollar on the cover. Inside: an interview with Dick Butkus, four poems by Yevgeny Yevtushenko, a jazz poll and the fashion forecast. Sold with defects: the back cover has marker writing from a previous seller, edges rubbed with small tears, tape marks on the spine. Both are kept in protective sleeves.
