Beautiful vintage Ormond E1022 electric hair dryer, made in England by the Ormond Engineering Company Ltd., dating from approximately the 1940s. A wonderful piece of British electrical and social history, featuring a dark brown Bakelite-style body, original Ormond manufacturer's badge and striking red-and-black braided electrical cord. Comes with its vintage fitted carrying/storage case with built-in mirror and associated fittings as shown in the photographs.
