Big Van Rental is looking for a reliable, responsible, and professional individual to join our team as a Van Rental Operations Assistant.
📌 Position: Van Rental Operations Assistant
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
🕒 Working Hours: 6 hours per day
💶 Salary: 1200 net
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
🚐 Manage vehicle handovers and returns, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for customers.
📞 Handle customer enquiries and manage rental bookings via phone, email, and in person.
📄 Prepare rental agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
🔍 Inspect vehicles before and after rentals, documenting any damage and reporting issues or maintenance requirements.
🧾 Prepare and issue invoices and receipts for rental payments.
🤝 Communicate with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
🛠️ Assist with the day-to-day operations of the rental business to ensure everything runs smoothly.
✅ Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.
📞 Confident and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone, via email, and face-to-face.
📅 Good organisational skills and the ability to manage bookings and respond to customer enquiries efficiently.
🚗 Able to commute to our offices in Monagroulli, Limassol.
🇨🇾 Must have the legal right to work in Cyprus and be able to work without requiring visa or work permit sponsorship.
- Responsible, punctual, organised, and professional.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow instructions.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
Previous experience in vehicle rental, administration, or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
