The space
Inside, the apartment offers two spacious bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and an additional single bunk bed, and another with a king-size bed—perfect for groups of up to five. The living room is generous and relaxing, ideal for lounging or gathering after a long day out. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, and there’s also a washing machine to make your stay more convenient. The smart TV allows you to log into your Netflix or YouTube account, so your favorite shows are always within reach. Step outside onto the private terrace to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with fresh air and peaceful vibes.
Guests can access the apartment via a shared entrance. We’ve made our check-in and check-out process easy and seamless—once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be added to a group chat with our guest relations team. There, you’ll receive everything you need to know about the apartment and your arrival. On the day of check-in, you can retrieve your key from the lockbox right outside the property.
Located just a short drive from some of Larnaca’s most loved landmarks, the apartment is a 6-minute drive to Finikoudes beach, 7 minutes to Saint Lazarus Church, and only 3 minutes to the archaeological site of Kiton. You’ll also find great local options nearby, such as Dominos Pizza, Taipei Town Restaurant, and Zorbas Bakery, all just a few minutes away. Whether you’re in the mood for a quick bite or a casual dinner, everything is within easy reach.
For those who want to explore the city more freely, we recommend renting a car or using the bike and transport services suggested by our team. Free street parking is available in the area for added convenience.
Our team is here for you every step of the way. From the moment you inquire until the day you check out, we’re available to help with anything you need—be it restaurant recommendations, day trip suggestions, or organizing activities and rentals. Our housekeeping service is also available during your stay for an additional fee if needed.

2. Once verified, your check-in instructions will unlock a few hours before arrival.
