We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Worker to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Carry out manual labour and assist with daily production activities.
- Complete production records, checklists, and other required documentation accurately.
- Follow HACCP procedures and ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained.
- Keep the production area clean, tidy, and organised.
- Follow health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Work effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Requirements
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to perform manual tasks and lift reasonable weights when required.
- Basic English language skills to understand instructions and complete documentation.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in a production or food manufacturing environment will be considered an advantage.
