Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a client, is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join the team at a money transfer store in Nicosia Old Town.

What you’ll do
• Assist customers with money transfers, payments, and related compliance checks.
• Handle courier services, including parcel intake, processing, tracking, and customer enquiries.
• Process transactions accurately and securely using the relevant systems.
• Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and requests in a polite and professional manner.
• Support daily store operations and assist management when required.
You’re a great match if you
• Hold a High School Certificate.
• Have a good command of Greek and fluent English.
• Be legally eligible to work in the EU without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Have good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Are organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Have a customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills.
