On behalf of a trading company in Limassol we are looking to hire a Junior Accountant.
● Assist with daily reconciliation of client transactions, trading activity, bank accounts, and
payment providers.
● Monitor incoming and outgoing payments and ensure transactions are accurately
recorded.
● Support the processing and settlement of foreign exchange transactions.
● Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal records, bank statements,
trading platforms, and payment providers.
● Assist with daily and monthly financial reporting and management information.
● Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are properly documented.
● Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
● Assist with cash flow monitoring and liquidity reporting.
● Track balances across multiple currencies and financial accounts.
● Work closely with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Trading teams to resolve
financial and operational issues.
● Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
● Prepare spreadsheets, financial schedules, and ad-hoc analysis as required.
● Help maintain and improve finance processes, controls, and documentation.
● Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with company policies and applicable
financial and regulatory requirements.
