Are you passionate about IT, troubleshooting, and providing excellent technical support? We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Support Officer to join our growing team in Limassol!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L1/L2 technical support to office staff and remote users.
• Troubleshoot and maintain workstations, networks, Wi-Fi, printers, VPNs, and internet connectivity.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding, Active Directory, Azure AD, email accounts, and permissions.
• Maintain IT security standards, including antivirus/EDR, MFA, password policies, and software updates.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, and relationships with ISPs and technology vendors.
🔹 Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Network Support, or Helpdesk roles.
• Experience with Windows/Mac OS, Active Directory, and Office 365/Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, routers, switches, and hardware setup.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Must be based in or able to commute daily to Limassol, Cyprus.
