The position involves managing the customer-facing side of the shop.
Responsibilities
• Welcoming customers and providing friendly, attentive service
• Preparing and serving customer orders
• Operating the cashier and handling payments
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the shop
• Managing takeaway orders
• Ensuring the shop runs smoothly throughout the day
Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitality is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English
• Reliable, organised and responsible
• Able to work independently
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
