Technical lead senior fullstack engineer with ai/llm

Context A new kind of platform for charity-driven lottery, built by a small, senior, distributed team — a Python microservices backend plus React apps. This is the hands-on technical lead: sets technical direction across the stack, owns the AI support bot, and keeps the services working together. What you'll own • Technical leadership — architecture across the microservices backend and the React apps; cross-service design; code review; conventions; unblocking the team. • AI support bot — the LangGraph pipeline, RAG over pgvector, OpenRouter model orchestration, the Admin-side model/flow management, and prompt/response quality + evaluation; plus the support-chat frontend. • Fullstack delivery across FastAPI (backend) and React/TanStack (frontend). • Close partnership with the Platform Engineer on deployment and reliability (without owning DevOps day-to-day). Must-have • Senior fullstack in production — Python/FastAPI and React/TypeScript. • LLM application experience — agent/RAG pipelines (LangGraph or comparable), vector search, prompt engineering, model orchestration (OpenRouter/OpenAI/Gemini), and evaluation. • Technical leadership — owns cross-service architecture, reviews, mentors; pragmatic and decisive. • PostgreSQL; Docker; microservices. • Languages: professional working English required; Russian a strong plus. Nice-to-have • pgvector / RAG at scale; OpenRouter; agent frameworks. • DevOps / K8s literacy (transitional, until the Platform Engineer fully owns it). • iGaming / fintech domain. First 90 days Hold the technical direction across backend + frontend; ship a meaningful improvement to the AI support bot (quality/eval or a new capability); establish and keep review standards.
