Context A new kind of platform for charity-driven lottery, moving real money in production (live in LatAm), built by a small distributed team. QA covers the money and gaming flows across the player app, cashier, operator admin, and backend APIs. What you'll own • Test strategy + execution across the platform — player Webapp, web Cashier, operator Admin, and the backend APIs. • Money-path QA — wallet/ledger, payments, settlements: the flows where correctness matters most. • Integration testing — game-provider and notification (SMS / WhatsApp / email / push) flows. • Regression + release gating — suites, bug triage, sign-off before deploys. • Automation — grow the end-to-end harness toward automated coverage. Must-have • Proven QA on web apps + APIs — test design, manual execution, structured bug reporting. • API testing (REST/OpenAPI) with tools like Postman / httpx / pytest. • Discipline in test planning, regression, release gating, triage. • Sharp edge-case instinct in a money / regulated domain. • Languages: professional working English required; Russian a strong plus. Nice-to-have • Test automation — Playwright/Cypress (React) and/or pytest (backend), wired into CI. • iGaming / fintech / payments QA; wallet or reconciliation testing. • Basic performance / security testing. • Reading observability (Grafana / Metabase) to verify behavior. First 90 days Own the regression + release-gating process; stand up or extend automated E2E coverage on a money-critical flow.
