PROPERTY MANAGER – LIMASSOLA property management company in Limassol is looking for a Property Manager for a full-time position, Monday to Friday.Responsibilities• Managing day to day communication with tenants• Rent collection and payment follow up• Handling maintenance issues, utilities and repairs• Coordinating contractors, suppliers and local authorities• Preparing properties between tenancies• Supporting new tenant onboarding and move ins• Handling day to day property related mattersRequirements• English required• Greek / Russian an advantage• Previous experience in property management an advantage• Good computer and digital skills• Responsible, well organised and able to manage tasks and priorities independently• Strong communication and customer service skills• Practical approach and ability to solve problems efficientlyFull time | Monday to Friday | LimassolPlease send your CV or a few words about yourself
