Required experience and knowledge: * PEG tube feeding (syringe and feeding pump). * PEG tube cleaning and care. * Pressure sore (bedsore) care and wound dressings. * Safe patient positioning and regular turning in bed. * Safe transfers between bed, wheelchair and shower chair. * Personal hygiene, bed baths and showering. * Nappy changing and incontinence care. * Condom catheter care. * Medication preparation and administration according to medical instructions. * Basic physiotherapy, mobility exercises and rehabilitation support. * Experience caring for patients with neurological conditions or brain injuries is highly desirable.
