The ideal candidate will be experience in the online trading industry, will hold a law degree and will have an excellent command of the English language.Job ResponsibilitiesDrafting, reviewing and negotiating legal agreements and drafting other legal documentation such as resolutions, power of attorneys.Preparing/amending legal documentation regarding the services and products offered by the organization, such as terms and conditions and client agreements.Conducting research and analysis on various legal issues as assigned by the Head of the Department.Implement and update policies, procedures and relevant logs and records in compliance with GDPR and other data privacy laws applicable to the organization and liaise with other departments on that regard.
