Our client is a newly established proprietary trading firm operating as an AI-first data organization, embedding AI across their entire workflow — from infrastructure and data pipelines to predictive analytics and reporting.They are now seeking a hands-on technology leader to architect and scale their systems while inspiring and guiding the engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge high-level strategy with deep technical execution — translating vision into robust, scalable architecture and leading from the front when it comes to implementation.Job ResponsibilitiesDefine the long-term tech roadmap and company-wide strategy.Lead architecture decisions across trading systems, platform, and infrastructure.Build, hire, and mentor a top-tier engineering team.Ensure scalability and security in a fast-moving, high-scale production environment.Requirements7+ years in software development, with 3+ years in technical leadership.Proven track record of building high-scale production systems.Fintech or Trading background is a major plus.Decisive leadership and the ability to thrive in an early-stage, ambiguous environment.

What you’ll do:• Develop and automate management reporting systems;• Analyze, improve, and optimize business processes by identifying growth opportunities and proposing solutions;• Gather, formalize, and prioritize business requirements, and support initiatives through implementation;• Independently drive projects and initiatives with regular alignment and reporting to the manager.You’ll be a great fit if you have:• Russian language proficiency• Experience in end-to-end process analysis and optimization;• Hands-on experience with BPMN/UML and process modeling tools;• Strong data skills: Excel / Google Sheets and SQL (queries, joins);• Understanding of analytical reporting and business metrics (KPI, SLA, etc.);• Ability to structure, visualize, and translate data into insights and recommendations (as-is → to-be);• Experience with Youtrack (or similar task-tracking tools), Confluence, Notion, Miro, Draw.io, Visio, Power BI, Tableau.What we offer:• Official employment under Cyprus labor law;• Office-based work format;• Paid meals at the office;• Gym reimbursement;• 4 additional paid days off;• Learning and development opportunities sponsored by the company.Send us your CV — we’d love to get to know you!
