Head of monitoring

A Cyprus Investment firm is looking to hire a Head of Monitoring department. Job description• Manage the monitoring function by handling various jurisdictions simultaneously• Design and implement monitoring training programs for employees to enhance their understanding of monitoring obligations.• Monitoring recorded calls on a daily basis• Monitor the quality and type of communication delivered to Clients• Monitor whether external communication complies with regulatory requirements of CySEC and internal procedures• Evaluate Call Quality based on the company's procedures• Track and identify key issues and report them with feedback to the Management• Prepare monitoring reports • Translate documents related, but not limited to call monitoring to English and vice versa• Promote and maintain high standards of conduct• Keep up-to-date records and files• Perform any other related duties as requested by the ManagementRequirements• Excellent knowledge of English is a must, Slovak, Czech and/or Spanish language will be considered as a big advantage• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Monitoring or Compliance Department in a CIF• Proficiency in MS Office• High integrity• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Be a good listener and able to maintain confidentiality• Strong critical thinking skills• Positive attitude and team spirit• Strong Attention to detail• Ability to meet deadlines on time• CySEC certificate will be an advantage
