A vertically integrated real estate development firm is redefining how people live and invest in Cyprus. The company delivers contemporary residential and serviced-apartment projects across Limassol, Paphos, and Athens, with in-house capabilities in design, construction, and furnishing.The Procurement Officer will join the construction and operations team, responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating the supply of materials, finishes, FF&E, and services across ongoing projects. The ideal candidate combines commercial awareness with technical knowledge of construction and interior materials and thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.Job ResponsibilitiesSource and evaluate suppliers for construction materials, finishes, FF&E, and MEP items in line with project budgets and timelines.Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.Prepare and issue purchase orders, supplier agreements, and procurement schedules.Coordinate with the design, construction, and site teams to confirm technical specifications and delivery requirements.Track and manage deliveries to sites; follow up on delays, quality issues, and replacements.Maintain and update the procurement database and cost tracker to ensure transparency and control.Support the tendering process for subcontractors and major supply packages.Identify opportunities for cost reduction and value engineering without compromising quality.Liaise with logistics partners for imports and customs clearance when required.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field3–5 years of experience in procurement, ideally within construction, development, or hospitality projects.Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.Knowledge of building materials, finishes, and furniture procurement is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement management systems (ERP experience preferred).Excellent communication skills in English (Greek is a plus).Ability to work independently and manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.BenefitsCompetitive SalaryAnnual Bonus compensation based on performanceProfessional development opportunitiesSports Benefit MembershipA rewarding Employee Referral Program – help us grow the team and get rewarded.Flexible working hours
