What will you do?Systems & Repairs: Keep HVAC, plumbing, and electrical units running smoothly.Daily Walkthroughs: Catch issues early and perform minor fixes in rooms and common areas.Pool & Grounds: Monitor pool chemistry and keep walkways clean.Vendor Coordination: Partner with external specialists for major technical jobs.What we are looking forExperienced Pro: Strong background in facility maintenance (hospitality experience is a plus!).Problem Solver: Sharp diagnostic skills to know when to fix it vs. when to call a specialist.Fluent English SpeakerQualifications & ExperienceProven Experience: Extensive background in general facility maintenance, trade work, or property operations (hotel/hospitality experience is a plus).Technical Knowledge: Deep practical understanding of general mechanics, plumbing, basic electrical, and routine building maintenance.Problem Solver: Sharp diagnostic skills—knowing when a fix is quick and when to call in specialized trade contractors.Reliable & Self-Motivated: Takes pride in maintaining high standards independently with strong attention to detail.Good Communication: Ability to liaise effectively with hotel management, team members, and external vendorsKey Duties & Responsibilities🛠️ Facility Oversight & Equipment ManagementOversee and monitor key property systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment) to ensure continuous, reliable operation.Perform minor repairs, adjustments, and preventative maintenance across guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house facilities.Identify complex facility issues early and coordinate with external specialized contractors/technicians when major repairs or maintenance are required.Inspect completed vendor work to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.🌿 Daily Property Care & Grounds MaintenanceConduct daily morning walkthroughs to inspect grounds, guest areas, and operational equipment.Maintain outdoor amenities, including pool care (monitoring chemistry, skimming, and filtration checks) according to the regulationMaintain clean walkways and outdoor grounds using light equipment (e.g., leaf blower, light sweeping).Provide general practical assistance across departments whenever a strong, experienced hand is needed for facility-related tasksBonus Skills/ExperienceOther languages like Greek or RussianSafeguarding & GDPRThe school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Ζητείται προσφορά για το κλείσιμο ανοικτού μπαλκονιού ορόφου και τη δημιουργία κλειστού εξωτερικού χώρου, με κατασκευή που να ταιριάζει αισθητικά με το υπάρχον ύφος της οικίας. Η κατασκευή θα βασίζεται σε ύφος κλασικό, με επικάλυψη κεραμιδιών, ώστε να διατηρηθεί ο χαρακτήρας και η αρχιτεκτονική αρμονία της οικίας. Απαιτείται επίσης περιμετρικό κλείσιμο, ώστε ο χώρος να είναι λειτουργικός και κατάλληλος για χρήση όλο τον χρόνο. Απαραίτητη επίσκεψη στον χώρο για επιμέτρηση και παρουσίαση προτεινόμενων λύσεων.
