Manpower Cyprus is recruiting on behalf of a leading client a full-time Stock Control Officer based in Nicosia.Key Responsibilities:Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy• Ensure the accurate recording and maintenance of the company's products and inventory. • Compare physical inventory with stock records in the inventory management system. • Update and maintain the accuracy of inventory management systems. • Prepare reports on inventory availability and stock movements. Stock Audits & Verification• Conduct scheduled physical stock counts and inventory checks. • Perform unscheduled and ad hoc inventory audits based on operational needs. • Carry out regular visits to company stores, warehouses, and other storage or sales locations across Cyprus. Analysis & Reporting• Identify inventory discrepancies, shortages, or process weaknesses and investigate their causes. • Record audit findings and prepare reports for Management. • Monitor the implementation of agreed corrective actions. Process Improvement & Compliance• Recommend improvements to inventory management procedures and internal controls. • Ensure inventory management procedures comply with company policies and standards. • Contribute to maintaining transparency, reliability, and operational integrity across the business. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.• Previous experience in a similar role or within a warehouse and inventory management environment will be considered an advantage.• Very good computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as inventory management software.• Good command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.• Willingness and ability to travel to the company’s stores and facilities across Cyprus.Remuneration & Benefits:• €1500-€1700 based on qualifications and experience• Company car• Private medical care• 13th salary• Provident FundHow to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their CV quoting the reference number MP02-0826-SCO.All applications will be treated in strict confidence. CY Deals is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our new warehouse in Dali, Nicosia. This is a full-time, hands-on warehouse position working alongside our Senior Warehouse Operative. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Receiving and unloading incoming stock - Moving and organising cartons and pallets - Labelling and preparing products - Picking and preparing customer orders - Palletising goods for delivery - Using barcode scanners and basic warehouse systems - Performing stock counts - Keeping the warehouse clean and organised - Helping with general day-to-day warehouse tasks REQUIREMENTS - Reliable, punctual and willing to work - Comfortable with physical warehouse work - Able to work full-time in Dali - Basic computer and smartphone skills - Able to communicate in English - Legal right to work in Cyprus Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential for the right person. Forklift experience or licence is an advantage. We are looking for someone with a good attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail who wants a stable position and is willing to learn.
