Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for all of the administrative issues of the district and the local premisesWhy Apply? Knowing that you have contributed in a positive way and potentially changed someone's life for the better is part of the job, that you could not put a price on.Key Responsibilities:Meet all fundraising strategy targets, timelines and income projectionsDevelop public fundraising opportunities and activitiesResearch, identify and attract possible donations from the local communityAttract, build and develop relationships with new and existing corporate donors to secure long term and increased fundingMaintain and increase the pool of fundraising contacts and active volunteersBuild relations with the local Mass MediaPromote the Association’s services to the local community and raise awarenessExecute the Association’s campaigns in coordination with the Head of CommunicationOversee the effective operation of the local charity shopsEnsure the smooth operation of the District Office, ensuring the effective implementation of all systems, procedures and regulations of the AssociationWork with the District’s Committee in the effective planning and implementation of the various planned eventsPrepare and submit progress reportsCandidate Profile:University degree in a related field. Postgraduate degree will be considered an advantageRelevant experience in sales and marketing with at least 3 years experience in a managerial roleFluent in the Greek languageVery good command of the English languageComputer literate (MS Office and Social Media)Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oralExceptional organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise and deal with a variety of tasksA team player with integrity, professionalism, managerial skills and self-motivated
