~ This ambient vintage weather station was handcrafted in S.Africa back in 1970s apprx by Owl house crafts , and it contains two weather dials, Temperature and Barometric Pressure, along with a battery operated clock, set directly into a solid piece of rare Spalted live-edge,possibly Red Oak. ~ The weather station includes: • an Art Deco French Barometer by Barostar, Instrument Makers, Paris. Ideal for Weather forecasting and has the secondary needle to position at current Atmospheric Air Pressure. If the active needle moves clockwise, pressure increasing, good weather approaching, and vice versa.
