This is a flat share of a 4 bedroom, 2nd floor remodeled flat on Agia Zoni. The room is spacious with plenty of natural light and office corner and has its own air conditional. Ideal for home office. The kitchen also has a/c.
We are looking for a non-smoking person who is clean and quiet. We prefer a professional or student who speaks either Russian or Ukrainian. But an English-speaking EU citizen would fit fine with the current team too. There are 3 more people living in the whole apartment. Everyone is in separate rooms. This room is big enough to accommodate a couple (for extra charge). In case this is what you are interested please let me know.
The price includes the room rental, common expenses, water, and cable internet, but electricity will be extra.
The room is available from 19/9/26 for one month deposit & one month rent payment. You can request deposit to be paid with 2 monthly installment instead of upfront in case you arrived recently and have just started working.
The contract can be cancelled by giving 2 weeks notice.
