The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance and repair works across residential and commercial properties, ensuring that all facilities remain in good condition. Responsibilities * Perform general maintenance and minor repair works. * Carry out basic plumbing and electrical repairs. * Replace light fittings, switches, sockets, taps, locks, and other fixtures. * Assemble furniture and install shelves, mirrors, TVs, and accessories. * Perform painting, silicone application, and basic finishing works. * Report maintenance issues and complete assigned tasks on time. * Maintain tools and equipment in good condition. * Work safely and follow Health & Safety procedures.
