Για τον λόγο αυτό αναζητούμε Διευθυντή Παραγωγής. Ο ρόλος Ο/Η Διευθυντής Παραγωγής αποτελεί τον κομβικό κρίκο μεταξύ ιδιοκτήτη, παραγωγής και έργων. Αναλαμβάνει τη συνολική ευθύνη της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του εργοστασίου, με αποστολή: • Να οργανώσει και να ελέγχει την παραγωγική διαδικασία από την παραγγελία έως την τοποθέτηση • Να διασφαλίζει ότι οι εργατοώρες, τα χρονοδιαγράμματα και τα κόστη τηρούνται • Να διοικεί ομάδα 6 ατόμων στην παραγωγή και να συνεργάζεται με εξωτερικά συνεργεία • Να παρεμβαίνει έγκαιρα σε καθυστερήσεις, λάθη και δυσλειτουργίες • Να λειτουργεί ως σημείο αναφοράς για την ομάδα, με ηρεμία, τεχνική γνώση και ηγετική παρουσία Δεν πρόκειται για θεωρητικό ρόλο γραφείου.
