We’re looking for someone ideally in our age group to share our tidy & clean flat with (we’re in the early 20s age group) Long term or short term ok. Price will be more favourable for long term rentals (6+ months). The location is in close proximity to Makariou street (Limassol city center ≈ 7 mins walk, around 22-23 minutes to the old town, and 20 minutes down to the beach, with plenty of bus stops nearby).
Full deposit is not required, just a
small amount that is refundable.
