Core-10 is a thermal insulation system, based on Thermoconfort, patented by the Joris Ide, Belgium, suitable for a large variety of applications.

Panel sides are made of a special three-layer membrane, designed to allow applications with adhesive and plaster.

The foam of the thermal insulating core is mechanically fixed to the outer membranes, forming a flat surface.

Two times thinner, but twice as insulating.

Due to an initial lambda value of the thermal

insulation coefficient of 0.022 W/mk. A 50 mm panel is equivalent to 80 mm of mineral wool and 100 mm of polystyrene.

Fire resistant. Self-extinguishing. In

the event of a fire, boards do not melt and do not allow fire spreading. In contact with fire it forms a carbonized layer and protects the building structure, according to the results validated by European laboratories.

parameters of depreciation range from 0.022 to 0.024 W/mgradK over a period of 10 years.

Can load up to 15 tonnes per square metre.

The thermal insulation characteristics

contribute decisively to the construction of the houses included in the NZEB

(Nearly Zero Energy Buildings) regulations.

This has a significant impact on

energy consumption, but also on the market value of the building, achieving A+ certification.
