Hi everyone! I’m looking for a responsible, tidy, and decent female flatmate to rent an apartment together and split the costs 50/50.

About me and my furry co-host:

• I am living with a cat. He is very well-behaved, neutered, litter-trained, and spends most of the day sleeping or looking out the window. So, being a cat lover (or at least having no allergies and being cat-neutral) is a must!

Who I’m looking for:

• A reliable and financially stable girl.

• Someone who understands the basics of shared living.

Location & Budget:

• Location: Neapolis area, near Griva Digeni street, Saint Nicholas church

• Budget: €600 per month per person +€600 deposit (+ utilities split in half).

• Move-in date: Available from 1st of August
