Accountant

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting functions of the organization, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with financial reporting and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain accounting entries and financial transactions.

Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.

Process payments and monitor accounts receivable and payable.

Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.

Communicate with clients and suppliers regarding accounting matters.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Previous accounting experience will be considered an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: €1,500 – €2,000 per month.

13th salary.

Working Hours

08:00 – 13:30, followed by a one-hour lunch break, and 14:30 – 16:45.

During the three-month probation period, employees are also entitled to one afternoon off per week.

## Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

* Καταχώριση και τήρηση λογιστικών εγγραφών και οικονομικών συναλλαγών.

* Διενέργεια συμφωνιών τραπεζικών λογαριασμών και λογιστικών λογαριασμών.

* Υποστήριξη στην προετοιμασία οικονομικών καταστάσεων και διοικητικών αναφορών.

* Επεξεργασία πληρωμών και παρακολούθηση εισπρακτέων και πληρωτέων λογαριασμών.

* Διατήρηση ακριβών λογιστικών αρχείων και σχετικής τεκμηρίωσης.

* Επικοινωνία με πελάτες και προμηθευτές για λογιστικά θέματα.

* Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με την ισχύουσα λογιστική και φορολογική νομοθεσία.

## Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

* Πτυχίο Λογιστικής, Χρηματοοικονομικών ή συναφούς κλάδου.

* Ισχυρές οργανωτικές και αναλυτικές δεξιότητες.

* Καλή γνώση του Microsoft Office, ιδιαίτερα του Excel.

* Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες στην αγγλική γλώσσα.

* Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε λογιστική θέση θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.

* Ικανότητα εργασίας τόσο αυτόνομα όσο και στο πλαίσιο ομάδας.

## Απολαβές & Παροχές

* Μισθός: €1.500 – €2.000 μηνιαίως.

## Ωράριο Εργασίας

Κατά τη διάρκεια της τρίμηνης δοκιμαστικής περιόδου, οι εργαζόμενοι δικαιούνται επίσης ένα ελεύθερο απόγευμα την εβδομάδα.
