About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Casino Dealers. No previous experience is required, as full paid training will be provided. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering an exceptional gaming experience while ensuring compliance with company procedures, security standards, and responsible gaming practices.
Key Responsibilities
Deal casino games professionally and accurately in accordance with company procedures and gaming regulations.
Ensure all bets are correctly placed and payouts are made accurately.
Explain game rules clearly and professionally to guests.
Maintain game security and immediately report any suspicious activities or incidents.
Keep gaming tables, chips, cards, cash floats, and equipment organized, clean, and secure.
Monitor gaming activities and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
Adjust the pace of the game to maximize customer satisfaction and table performance.
Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, maintaining positive interactions, and creating an enjoyable gaming environment.
Recognize and greet regular customers professionally.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company grooming and uniform standards.
Attend training sessions, team meetings, and development programs as required.
Follow Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Responsible Gaming policies and procedures.
Perform additional operational duties, including chip handling and table support, when required.
Requirements
Education
Secondary school education or equivalent.
Experience
Previous casino or gaming experience is not required.
Full paid training will be provided by the company.
Skills & Competencies
Fluent English communication skills are essential.
