Call center representative

Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, an international Fintech, is seeking to recruit a Call Center Representative to join their team at the Head Office in Nicosia.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customer service operations by handling customer enquiries, transactions, and requests in an efficient, accurate, and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels

• Process customer transactions and requests accurately and efficiently

• Provide information and support regarding products and services

• Deliver a high level of customer service through professional and timely communication

• Perform administrative and operational support duties as required

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Follow company procedures, service standards, and compliance requirements

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective resolution of customer requests

Requirements

• High School Certificate

• Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages such as Dutch, German, French, or Hebrew will be considered an advantage

• Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule

• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in customer service or call centre operations will be considered an advantage

Benefits

• Gross monthly salary of €1,200

• 13th Salary

• Monthly bonus of €100 for working at least two weekends per month

• Annual retention bonus of €1,200

• Provident Fund after successful completion of the probation period

Working Pattern

• 5-day working week (40 hours), operating on a rotational shift schedule between 08:00 and 21:00, Monday to Sunday
