Each bedroom is air-conditioned and originally decorated, with a separate, lockable entrance from the patio.

The patio is the beating heart of the villa. Beneath a shaded arcade hides a dining area for eight people, followed by a barbecue area. Upstairs, a covered terrace with a wiew on the mountains and the village church offers a cosy place to relax. `

The sunny area is dominated by a gorgeous swimming pool with a jacuzzi and lovely blooming, aromatic plants. The availability of sun loungers and an outdoor shower, and above all, absolute privacy, ensure the luxury a five-star relaxation.

Pentakomo is located on the south coast near the A1 motorway, 20 minutes from Limassol, 40 minutes from Larnaca Airport, and 50 minutes from Paphos Airport, 40-minute drive to Nicosia and a 50-minute drive to Troodos.

The beach is a 6-minute drive from Birds of Paradise.

The village is famous for its local tavern «Dragon’s Nest». There's also a typical cafeneo, a meeting point with a playground and a grocery store – all just a minute's walk away from Birds of Paradise!

The villa is rented in its entirety; the price includes the highest level of comfort for 8 adults plus 2 babies (additional sleeping for 2 people is available for an additional fee). There is plenty of parking in the area, just a minute’s walk away.
