We are a health & fitness brand preparing to launch in Larnaca and we are looking for an experienced freelance Social Media Manager to join us for our pre-launch campaign and beyond.This is not a content-only role. We are looking for someone who can take full ownership — from strategy to execution — and who has a proven track record of driving real results, not just growing followers.---What the role involves:— Building and managing our social media presence from the ground up— Planning and executing a full pre-launch campaign— Running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation ad campaigns— Creating content — filming, editing, copywriting— Influencer outreach and management— Growing a qualified audience that converts to paying customers---What we are looking for:— Demonstrable experience with pre-launch or product launch campaigns— Hands-on Meta Ads experience specifically for lead generation or conversions (not just awareness)— Strong content creation skills — you shoot and edit yourself— Health & fitness background or genuine passion for the industry is a strong plus— Based in Larnaca or able to work on location regularly— Someone who works independently and takes ownership without needing to be managed---What matters to us most:We are not looking for someone to post pretty pictures.
