Ten minutes walk from UNIC and EUROPEAN UNIVERCITY. Opposite LIDL Agios Dometios ,close to bakery ,coffee shops etc.
The room is offered for 2 persons who appreciates a tidy and quiet environment. The persons may be a student or must have an employment contract or a way to prove that they are currently working and have a residence permit in Cyprus.
The common areas will be shared with other people of various nationalities and must respect the rules of cohabitation. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small building which does not have an elevator.
