A furnished bedroom is available in a shared 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area. The apartment is close to all essential amenities:

The apartment is located on the second-to-last floor of the building (no elevator). The available bedroom includes a small private balcony. The apartment has a separate kitchen and a spacious living room, which can also be divided for additional privacy if needed (like 3rd room).
Furniture & Appliances Included: Beds, large corner sofas, TV stand, dining table and chairs, armchair, small office desk, large carpet, refrigerator, small oven/cooker, washing machine, electric water heater, small fan heater and etc.

Rent
The apartment is currently shared by two friendly young women from Cameroon. We welcome respectful and responsible tenants who speak English and fit well in this shared living environment that can communicate comfortably with the existing tenants (looking for Africans only).
The total rent for the entire 2-bedroom apartment is €650 per month (excluding utilities).
The available bedroom is €325 per month, plus a security deposit. Electricity, water, sewage, recycling and internet are shared separately.
Sharing the room with another person may be possible (up to 3 people), provided everyone is included in the tenancy agreement and the occupancy complies with the landlord’s approval and local regulations.

Availability
The current tenancy agreement runs until October 2026. However, if suitable tenant(s) are ready with the required deposit, identification documents, and are able to sign the agreement promptly, the room may be available from September 2026.

* Valid identification (passport, ID/ARC, or other legal residency documents as applicable)
* Deposit and first month’s rent available
* Additional €350 utility deposit is required to cover electricity, water, sewage, and recycling charges (This deposit is fully refundable. If you decide to move out, the final utility bills will be calculated, any outstanding balance will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining amount will be returned to you).
