We’re looking for the face of our salon.
If you’re naturally warm, friendly, bubbly, and love meeting people, we’d love to hear from you. We want someone who can make every client feel genuinely welcome from the moment they walk through the door and create an exceptional salon experience.
We’re looking for someone who is:
* A genuine people person with a positive attitude.
* Friendly, professional, and always smiling.
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
* Confident managing appointments, the salon diary, and ensuring the day runs smoothly.
* Able to multitask and provide outstanding customer service
* Fluent in Russian.
* Has a good level of English (essential).
* Social media knowledge or experience is an advantage (not essential) including creating content and engaging with clients online.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, managing the daily flow of appointments, and ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience.
